Use the appropriate form listed below to request additional VoIP features.  After completing a request form, please review our VoIP System Features support page for setup and support information on each feature listed below.

Unified Messaging

Unified Messaging allows you to receive emails to your Gmail inbox each time a new voicemail arrives. The messages arrive in your inbox in a .mp3 file that most mobile devices can play, as well as all computers with audio capabilities. 

Please complete the Request VoIP Phone or Voicemail Change form and indicate the desired feature.

Single Number Reach

Single Number Reach allows you to create a remote destination so that when someone calls your desk phone, it can simultaneously ring your cell phone (or another off-campus phone). This also allows you move a call from your desk phone to the remote destination phone (e.g., cell phone) without alerting the caller that you have done so.

Cisco Jabber

Cisco Jabber brings together presence, voice, instant messaging, conferencing and visual voicemail all into a single client.

Please complete the Request VoIP Phone or Voicemail Change form and select your preferred version, Windows, OS X, Android or iOS.

Voice Recognition

Voice Recognition allows you to control your voicemail using voice commands instead of typing numbers on the phone keypad.
